1. Returns Eligibility

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

Items without original packaging or tags
Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Include:
Order number
Reason for return
Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
We recommend using a tracked delivery service
Cartmela is not responsible for lost return shipments
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

5. Late or Missing Refunds

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process
